Slosson Intelligence Test

What: This is an intelligence quotient (IQ) test.

Who: This is designed for students between the ages of 4-65.

When: You would use this to determine a student's mental age.

Instructions: Find student's chronological age and start at 1 year below that age. Follow instructions and read script. Determine basal and mental age. Basal age is the level which is the highest in a row before the first error but with 10 successful answers in a row. Mental age is determined using the basal age and counting the number of questions passed above the basal age.
